The institutional bodies
The Museum is divided into two main institutional bodies that guarantee its governance, cultural vision and operational effectiveness: the Board of Directors and the Scientific Committee.
The Board of Directors guides and administers the Museum, ensuring its proper functioning and the implementation of both ordinary and extraordinary activities. It is composed of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight members chosen from among the Honorary and Meritorious Members.
Among his main skills:
Definition of internal bodies and organizational structure
Approval of the financial statements and the social report
Possibility to delegate specific functions to an Executive Committee or to individual figures
The members operate according to the principle of the collegial method, with a three-year term and the possibility of re-election.
The Scientific Committee serves an advisory role and represents a high-profile cultural body. It is composed of economic scholars, insurance experts, book and archive experts, and recognized figures appointed by the Board of Directors.
Under the chairmanship of the President of the Board of Directors, the Committee:
It offers guidelines for the Museum's activities
Expresses qualified opinions on the programs and results of the promoted initiatives
With a variable composition between 5 and 9 members, it helps ensure the quality, coherence and scientific depth of the museum project.
