With the entry into force of the new Insurance Arbitrator system, a crucial phase begins for consumer protection and dispute management in the insurance sector.
This one-hour meeting, led by Maurizio Hazan, a leading legal expert in the insurance industry, will offer an operational and strategic overview of the institution's functioning, analyzing the regulatory implications, the potential for businesses, and the implications for intermediaries.
Through a concrete and dialogic approach, the following will be explored:
The objectives and regulatory framework of the Insurance Arbitrator, with reference to recent implementing provisions.
Market opportunities: simplification of litigation, strengthening trust, impact on corporate reputation.
Application issues: scope of jurisdiction, access methods, role of companies and intermediaries.
Evolutionary perspectives: possible development scenarios and integration with other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) tools.
The initiative is part of the Museum's training program, which aims to serve as a tool for knowledge and dialogue between professionals.

HEALTH RISK COVERAGE.
THE STATE OF THE ART AFTER DA 232/2023
MUDA – Insurance Museum is offering an in-depth discussion on the evolution of healthcare insurance coverage, in light of the changes introduced by Implementation Decree 232/2023.
The course will be led by Maurizio Hazan , a leading legal expert in the insurance industry, who will offer a systematic and up-to-date analysis of the regulatory framework, with particular attention to the operational impacts for companies, intermediaries, and healthcare facilities.
